Do I need to be home?
You need to be reachable and make sure the technician can get to the car (for example, gate codes or where it's parked). You'll get a notification when they arrive.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. Every technician brings their own water tank, power generator, products and equipment. You only need to make sure they can reach the car — add parking or gate details in the booking notes.
How much does it cost?
Services start at $70 for a standard car. The price depends on the service and the size of your vehicle, and you see the exact total before paying.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in the app or on the website. Free up to 24 hours before the service (or within 60 minutes of booking). Closer to the time there's a 20% fee, and 50% once the technician is on the way. Refunds go back to your card automatically. See the full policy.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
You see photos before approving. If something isn't right, report it in the app and we'll review it — we can arrange a fix or a partial or full refund.
How do tips work?
Tips are optional. You can add one when you approve the service, and 100% goes to your technician.
